Chris Miller from Coleford makes our sausage. They're amazing. Sadly for us Chris has his work/life balance just right. He reckons there's more to life than sausage even when its this good so my advice would be to get your order in soon! The bacon's good too. Local organic champion Robert Ensor keeps us topped up and local farm producer Simple Suppers supplies the smoked.
