Superb traditional pies, cheeses, bacon and sausage made right here in the Forest of Dean by producers who genuinely care for you and their products. As for our olives...... we couldn't get them here so we've had to send all the way to Dorset for them.

Traditional? certainly traditional in the sense that prime pork, smoked ham, and hot water pastry is traditiional - but rhubarb chutney? celery and cider relish? wholegrain honey mustard? - not sure, but they‘re all in there and tasting unbelievably good. Get yourself a slice!
handmade sausages & bacons
Chris Miller from Coleford makes our sausage. They‘re amazing. Sadly for us Chris has his work/life balance just right. He reckons there‘s more to life than sausage even when its this good so my advice would be to get your order in soon! The bacon‘s good too. Local organic champion Robert Ensor keeps us topped up and local farm producer Simple Suppers supplies the smoked.

Within 5 miles of our deli we have 3 superb cheesemakers: Charles Martell, legendary food hero and maker of Stinking Bishop; the Hills of Ruddle Court Farm, and Diana Smart with her award winning Gloucesters. They‘re obsessive about their products and so are we. We‘ve added other classics (like the Godminster) to round out your selection so hurry and buy some while we‘ve got it.
